IMAEVARSITY specializes in offering healthcare digital services for online medical educations targeting MBBS graduates. The client need visitors, viewers and engagement for their website. The company wanted to increase the leads of medical candidates coming from the web. They didn’t have an SEO strategy and their business development was not part of any other online related marketing activities.

THE CHALLENGES TO OVERCOME

By improving the branding, we aimed to give imaevarsity the confidence. In SEO, Competitive research was performed. Landing page recommendations were given to the client. Optimization of partnership campaigns and link building was not initiated earlier. In SMO, they wanted brand awareness which directly impacts to the medical professionals especially MBBS doctors who are looking for online courses. Also we needed to increase the numbers online registrations. Long tail keywords were used during the activities. Keywords selected had very high Quality Score. Campaign budgets were set too low. Searched few negative keywords and set conversion tracking properly. Also setup Call to Actions wherever needed.

TOWARDS BRAND AWARNESS

Developed an interactive web platform that would make services easier for medical candidates to search online. The first step was focused on defining the top 8 online medical courses. Driven through Google adwords with little budget and for social media marketing. SEO research and planning, including a keyword research, content strategy, and link research. Optimized Pay per Click campaigns. We also added a list of negative keywords to filter out unwanted traffic. Targeted ad copies relevant to each ad group were created. Utilized Google AdWords statistics and a detailed analysis of the online medical courses. The campaign generated awareness from online paid media & social media. Campaign created to get engagement in leads which directly stores in excel sheet (candidates details) for ready reference.

UNDERSTANDING AUDIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Ranking for keywords was pushed up to 1st position in Google search result. After complicating the assigned tasks on the website and maintaining ongoing PPC campaign activities, the client noticed a significant increase. Organic Traffic was increased by 200%. Number of leads increased by two fold in a span of year. Numbers of impressions were increased for brand awareness. Number of registrations increased multi-fold positively affecting the percentage of increase in visits (clicks) to the client's website during the campaign.
